So you've had training, you're happily creating your Lianja App, and then you get stuck. You are blocked. What now?

Whether it's one blocker item or many, you can solve your problem quickly, using our Urgent Care option. Using screen-sharing technology (we use Zoom, and record our consulting so you have a record of what was done), we schedule a session to occur within 24 hours. Working with you, we follow a treatment plan:

  1. Define the Problem
  2. If necessary, re-define the problem in terms of a goal that must be reached and is currently blocked.
  3. Sketch out solutions that can solve the problem.
  4. Implement the solution that works best for you, working with you at each step.

Then we go away. 

We won't attempt to sell you our custom training or mentoring services: if you wanted those, you know what they are and would have already contacted us about that.

How To Get It

The Request Urgent Care button below leads you to a form where you describe your issue.

We will reply to your email within 4 hours (based on a business day of Monday through Friday, 8AM to 5PM, Eastern US time), along with a suggested time for meeting, which may be out of normal business hours, and include the weekend.

If you agree to that time and still need Urgent Care, we will send you an invoice for the first hour of Urgent Care ($300 -- check this page for price changes). Whether we go past the first hour with you will depend on your decision, based on our having worked together for an hour. For any additional time during that first session, we will invoice you at the end of the session.
